Rolan Dack began his career at the age of 16 working at various 2 rossette restaurants in London.
In 2005 he accepted a position at Restaurant 30/40 at the famous Gherkin Building in London where he spent 2 years working under executive chef Richard Corrigan quickly building a reputation as a consistent chef and solid team player.
By 2008 Rolan had taken a position working for Marco Pierre White at The Yew Tree in Berkshire, "working for Marco is every chefs dream, I am honoured to have spent time with one of the greatest chefs the world has seen". Hunting fresh game and deer increased his knowledge of butchery and fine tuned his palate.
2009 saw Rolan working 2 months at Zuma Restaurant in Knightsbridge and an unpaid stint at the 3 Michelin starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay where a full time position was offered.
After filling in as acting Head Chef at a 2 rosette Gastro Pub, Rolan spent the last half of the year working freelance under Chef Andrew Turner at the 4 Rosette Landau Restaurant in London.
In January 2010 Rolan happily accepted the role of Head Chef to the Lotus F1 Team. The opportunity had finally arrived to take his career to the next level......
